Company description
AOFusion Radar is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform that connects to customer email and support systems (Gmail, Zendesk, and IMAP) to analyze customer communications, surface churn risk, and prioritize action for customer success teams.
Service jurisdiction
The Services are operated from India and may process data in other regions to deliver Gmail, Zendesk, and IMAP connectivity, AI analysis, and secure hosting. If your order form or data processing addendum specifies a different region, that governs.
Ownership of the platform
AOFusion owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in the AOFusion Radar platform, including its software, AI workflows, models, analytics, and documentation. Your organization retains ownership of its tenant data and customer communications.
Decision-support disclaimer
AOFusion Radar provides AI-assisted decision support based on email and ticket signals. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting.
Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOFusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI-generated risk insights, including business interruption, lost revenue, or lost data. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Force majeure
AOFusion is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud provider disruptions, third-party API changes, or service interruptions from Gmail, Zendesk, or IMAP providers.
Governing law
These Services are governed by the laws of India, unless your executed agreement specifies a different jurisdiction.
