Privacy Policy
This policy describes how AOFusion Radar collects, processes, and protects customer communications and AI insights.
Overview and roles
AOFusion Radar is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for churn intelligence. AOFusion acts as a data processor, and our customers are the data controllers for all customer communications and tenant data processed in the platform.
What data we collect
We collect user account data (name, email, role), email metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps, subject), email content, support tickets, customer metadata, and AI-generated insights such as churn risk scores and evidence references.
Why we collect it
We collect and process data to connect inboxes, normalize conversations, generate churn risk insights, and deliver reporting and alerts for customer success teams.
How data is processed
Data is ingested from authorized integrations (Gmail, Zendesk, IMAP), normalized into conversations and messages, and analyzed using AI and deterministic signals. Processing is tenant-scoped and controlled by workspace settings and user roles.
AI and third-party providers
We use AI services to compute risk signals and summaries. We do not sell customer data or train AI models on customer data. AI providers process data on our behalf under contractual protections and only for the purposes of delivering the Services.
Data storage and encryption
Tenant data is stored in secure databases with access controls. Sensitive integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and traffic is protected in transit using TLS.
Data retention
Retention is governed by workspace settings and contractual requirements. Data may be retained for compliance, auditability, or recovery purposes during the retention window.
Customer data ownership
Customers own their data, including emails, tickets, customer metadata, and AI-generated insights. AOFusion processes data solely on the customer’s behalf.
Right to deletion (GDPR)
Customers may request deletion of tenant data. We support deletion workflows consistent with GDPR obligations and applicable law.
Data portability
Customers can export tenant data from the platform or request a structured export from AOFusion.
Security practices
We implement tenant isolation, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege access to protect data. Security practices are reviewed regularly to meet enterprise expectations.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. We do not use cookies to sell or share personal data with advertisers.
