AOFusion Radar is designed for enterprise security, tenant isolation, and compliant processing of customer communications.
Data Protection
AOFusion enforces tenant data isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and role-based access controls. Access to customer data is limited by workspace roles and audited for enterprise accountability.
AI & Data Usage
We do not train models on customer data and do not share customer data. AI is used only to generate churn insights and evidence for the tenant that owns the data.
Email & Support Data
Gmail, Zendesk, and IMAP integrations operate in read-only mode. We do not send email on behalf of customers and only process the minimum data required to deliver risk insights.
Compliance & Privacy
AOFusion is GDPR-ready and supports the right to deletion and data portability. Customers must ensure legal consent and lawful basis for processing within each tenant.
Infrastructure
The platform is hosted on Vercel and Supabase with encrypted secrets management. Audit logs are maintained for sensitive actions across the platform.

Report security issues at security@aofusion.ai. We follow a responsible disclosure process and will coordinate remediation and communication with affected customers.
