Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidance on subscriptions, AI credit usage, and what happens if you cancel or downgrade.
Subscription billing
AOFusion Radar is billed as a monthly SaaS subscription based on your selected plan. Charges are applied in advance for each monthly period unless otherwise stated in your order form.
AI credits and usage
AI credits are usage-based and are consumed when customer communications are analyzed. Credits are non-refundable once consumed, including during trial periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the platform or by contacting support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Plan downgrades
Downgrading a plan may pause features that exceed the new limits, such as active inboxes or monitored customers. Downgrades do not delete data.
No partial-period refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial usage periods, unused time, or unconsumed plan allowances, unless required by applicable law or a separate agreement.
Data after cancellation
After cancellation, tenant data remains available for the remainder of the billing period. After that, data retention and deletion follow your configured retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
Trial credits expiration
Trial AI credits are provided for evaluation purposes and expire at the end of the trial period or when consumed, whichever comes first.
