Terms for Using AOFusion Radar
These Terms govern access to the AOFusion Radar SaaS platform for churn intelligence and AI-supported customer risk analysis.
Account & workspace ownership
Each workspace is owned by the organization that creates it. Administrators control tenant settings, connected inboxes, and user access. Users retain ownership of all customer data, emails, tickets, and metadata stored in their tenant.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate workspace details, and ensuring your users comply with these Terms. You must obtain any required consents from customers and end users before processing communications.
AI usage and credit system
AI usage is metered by credits tied to your plan. AI insights are decision-support outputs and are not guaranteed to be correct. If usage exceeds plan limits, AOFusion may pause AI scoring or inbox syncing until credits are replenished or the plan is upgraded.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services. You may not attempt to access data outside your tenant, probe security controls, or misuse integrations in violation of Gmail, Zendesk, or IMAP provider terms.
Email and data processing
AOFusion processes data on your behalf to deliver the Services, including ingestion of emails and tickets, normalization into conversations, and AI-generated risk insights. Processing is limited to tenant-scoped data and follows the security controls you configure.
Platform availability & uptime
AOFusion targets high availability for the SaaS platform, but uptime is not guaranteed. Service performance can be impacted by third-party providers, network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
Intellectual property
AOFusion retains all rights in the platform, including software, models, analytics, and documentation. You retain all rights to your tenant data and any content you provide to the Services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOFusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or AI outputs. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Termination and suspension
AOFusion may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time. Tenant data deletion follows your export and retention settings and applicable law.
Changes to service
AOFusion may update or modify the Services, including features, integrations, and limits. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where required.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless your executed agreement specifies a different jurisdiction.
